"Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay!" I can't praise this hotel enough for its outstanding service and flexibility! We arrived on the wrong date due to an error in our booking, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us without hesitation. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel immediately welcomed and stress-free. Thank you, Adi, the reception manager who treated us with kindness and over the top service. The hotel itself was fantastic—beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site facilities, including the [pool/spa/restaurant], were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the incredible team. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Their dedication to making our stay perfect was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a genuinely delightful experience. We will absolutely be back—this time, on the correct date! 😊

We stayed at this hotel in mid-May. Our stay left a very pleasant impression for us. We stayed in a deluxe room. I express my gratitude to the employee who served us upon arrival, his name was Tamir. Communication with barman Ahmad and manager Hanini left positive emotions. The hotel staff is trying very hard. The room itself was very comfortable, there was everything you needed in the room including an electric kettle and slippers. We also had a great time in the hotel pool. The only thing was that the depth was very small. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. The old town is about ten minutes at a leisurely pace. In general, I can definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Jerusalem.

Staff was incredible especially Tamar and Maya. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. I’ve stayed at the Ritz Carlton and Peninsula before and when I tell you they went beyond I mean it. With the war I think they were especially concerned with making sure our stay was perfect and they really did that. Showers in room were really great and spacious. Breakfast was very good, the spread on weekends was larger. Dairy meals at night were also very tasty- well prepared fish every evening.

Everything was great. The only downside was a broken shelf in the closet and a glaring chip in the furniture. This has no direct impact on our comfort but potentially some room for improvement. Before embarking on my trip, I wanted to confirm by phone or internet that my room would have two separate beds. Despite multiple tries I was only able to confirm this by personally visiting the hotel during my trip a few days before checking in. It should not be this difficult to reach the front desk by phone.

Herbert Samuel Hotel is ideally situated at the heart of Jerusalem, near the bustling Midrahov and Jaffa Street, as well as the Jerusalem light rail. Its proximity to the Old City and the Western Wall makes it convenient for exploring these historic sites, with all main areas within walking distance. The hotel staff was welcoming, pleasant, and attentive to all our requests. Additionally, the hotel's pool and sauna were very enjoyable amenities.
